I'm trying to calibrate my D-10 fuel gauge to my RV-12. I set up everything as instructed. (20 Gal. tank) After adding 2 gallons at a time and completing the calibration the gauge on the D-10 says I have 16 gallons in the tank. I did this three times. What is my problerm? Thanks

Because the float hits the top of the tank at 16 gallons most likely.

This is normal, and after you have burned off the first 4-5 gallons the float will start dropping to show you the correct amount.

You are interested in the last half of the tank after all

My 113L tanks stop at 90L by the way.

That just means that the sensor is hitting it's mechanical limits in the tank. It should actually say 16+, which means "we can 16, but the sensor's pegged, and so we can't guess above that". Basically the same thing as when your car gas tank sits at full for the first little bit after you've filled the tank.
