D-100 GMT Time Update from GPS

I have a GX65 with a D-100 and HS-34.  The D-100 is apparently not getting its GMT time updated from the GPS.  I have good GMT time in the GPS but that is not what shows in the D-100 unless I set the correct time in the D-100.  If I do this the GPS time and the D-100 time will drift apart as though they are not connected with each other.  I thought the D-100 was supposed to have its time updated automatically by the GPS.  Does this not happen with the GX 65?

Is it connected via serial or ARINC? The GX65 doesn't output time over serial so there is nothing for us to update to. If you are connected over ARINC-429 via an HS34, it should work.

It is connected via serial.  It has been awhile since I wired it so I will have to check on ARINC via the HS-34.  I don't recall that there was any option to do that with the GX-65.

Maybe I missed something but in reviewing my installation manuals, I do not see where I can get ARINC 429 from my GX-65 in order to feed it to the HS-34.

Given my avionics of D-100, HS-34, GX-65 and SL-30, is it even possible for the D-100 to have GMT time automatically updated or do I have to set it myself?

We don't call out specific pins for every GPS, but, if your GX-65 has any ARNINC-429 transmitters / receivers at all, those are what you connect to the ARINC-429 pins on the HS34.

From a quick scan of the installation manual, it doesn't look like the GX-65 has ARINC connections.
