D 100 upgrade

Hi,
Three days ago I wanted to upgrade my D100 to firmware vers.01.08.00, I bought the cable I installed the driver on my laptop, I did a backup of my D100 (in my laptop) and I started upgrading. Suddenly at about 75% completion, the transmission quited. From that day on the D100 is blinking and every attempt to download is negative and I have these messages:
-found instrument on com 4
-unable to communicate with chip #4

I feel very frustrated and your help will be very wellcome
