D 180 FROZEN

Deon van den Berg from South Africa. I have a Flightdeck D180 installed in my RV7 and when switching on this morning it had yellow and blue alternating vertical lines on the screen.
It refuses to switch off.It was disconnected from the power supply,  I then removed the back-up battery and connected it again with no solution.
The instrument is about 26 months old since purchase and has 110 hours of wonderful service.
Please help
Is there a service agent in my country.

If removing the battery and then reapplying power did not help, then we'll need to see the unit here to fix it. Call support at 425-402-0433 or email at support at dynonavionics dot com.

Will be sending in the unit soon. Cannot wait for it to come home again so it can go back where it belongs, in ZU-EXI RV7A
