According to the Dynon download site

These are the updated drivers for use with USB-Serial converters sold by Dynon Avionics. They may not work with other USB-serial converters. These drivers are for use with Windows Vista 64 Bit, and Windows 7 64 Bit ONLY. After the driver install finishes, you may need to disconnect and reconnect the USB-serial converter before it will work properly.

I want to get rid of my Windows 7 computer. Will I be able to use these drivers with 64 bit Windows 10 Home Edition?

Windows 10 "just works" for the vast majority of people. So try that before loading any other drivers.
