I think I found the D-Sub back shells that Dynon uses in their kits. These are the plastic clam shell type that can be used with either flat or round cables.
Found on Newark.com. I was unable to cross the part numbers over to Digikey or Mouser so if anyone has anything to add towards that, I'd be appreciative.
