D10-A Power on/off

Hi,

have a D10-a that on power on it stays only on In 2 seconds and shuts down again. Then its black for 5-10 seconds and powers up again. This it do continously and goes not steady online. Any suggestions what can be The reason?

To little info here, it would help if you listed all the circumstances & what troubleshooting you have done.
