Have the following in my plane: D10A, D10EMS, HS34, AP74, roll and pitch SV42 Servos. System worked fine for years then suddenly I started getting multiple dsab failures and ems will shut down and restart over and over until the Ap74 & HS 34 go completely offline. I am an A&P and avionics tech and the system now has new grounds, new power, new dsab wiring and anytime the ems is connected it is fine and all is well for 10 to 15 minutes and it then goes haywire. I think the EMS has an internal problem and I would like to send it in for repair. Can anyone help me with this issue.
