D10 EFIS suddenly maxed on airspeed and altitude

My D10 EFIS has been working great for years, and I have now almost 600 hours on it. Today it started showing 400 kts and approx 10000 ft on the ground (which is close to sea level), and the indications did not change when airbone.

I have disconnected the instrument and removed it from the aircraft, there is no blocked static or pitot problems.

Any ideas what is wrong? I live in Norway so would love to avoid having to send the instrument to it's parents in the US for repair.

That does sound like a hardware failure, unfortunately, which will require that the unit travel to us. Touch base with our tech support at support at dynonavionics dot com or 425-402-0433.
