D10 went black during update and stays black

I was updating my D10 EMS and the screen went black during the update process and froze. Anything I can do?

If you have an internal battery then disconnect it.

Also check what voltage you have at the connector.  If voltage is okay & system still not working then email Dynon support directly.

If removing all power to the device and re-applying it didn't fix things, and you've tried using the support program to reconnect to the device (even with a black screen) and it isn't seeing anything, we'll need to see that unit here to repair it.
