I cannot get the glideslope to display on the D100 using an Avmap IV

The Dynon is set to CDI+GS and the CDI is correctly displayed at the bottom of the D100.
The HSI receives all the correct information from the GPS including winds aloft.
The NMEA is set to PROCESSED - BAUD 9600 - RMB - RMC - APB - GGA and the vertical navigation is on and set up for a route but the glideslope does not appear on the D100.

Anyone else have this problem?

I do not believe the Avmap outputs glideslope. As far as I know, only the Garmin X96 units do this (and the certified GPS units over ARINC). Note that the X96 "glideslope" isn't really a glideslope, it's a VFR-only VNAV indicator.

A while ago Avmap said they would look into outputting vertical data, but I don't know where they are with this. It's more a question for them.
