D100 and Trutrak autopilot

Is there an RS232 output from the D100 that can feed heading bug information to a Trutrak autopilot?

Some of the newer Vizion models can use SkyView's RS232 output to drive its features, but not all of their products have that capability. I do not believe that there is compatibility with the D10/D100 series though.

What about using the hs34 to provide the signal for the vizion?

The HS34 does not have any data outputs, so no.
