D100 EFIS- HS34 knobs stopped working

FYI-
HSI knobs stopped working for Altimeter settings and heading. Went to settings and it said:

"No HS34 connected". Somehow the DSAB network became unconfigured.



Looked under DSAB -Status, said "the DSAB network has not be configured".




I fixed the issue by going to the D-100 setup/ DSAB, config, yes. Then it searches for items in network. Afterwards it showed the HS34 as active and knobs now work.




Hope this info might help someone in the future. I had been playing with the settings learning the system and must have cleared the DSAB Network.

I had something similar pop up today, so hope your input can help me figure it out. Thank you. I was trying to clean up the screens and setting the panel view (EFIS/EMS toggle) and it went blank. No idea how or why.

Perfect! That cleared things up and the screens are talking to each other and the HS34 again!
