I have had 10 hours flying now with the AP and i love it. I suffer from loosing the 296 track randomly for no apparent reason, which i know others do too. I lost the gps input about 9 times in one hour today. I mentioned i thought this coincided with the message warnings but now i dont beleive that is the case. (I know there is another thread on this)
However today i had a real weired one. As i say after 10 good hours for some odd reason the D100 beleived no 120 or Ap was connected. I powered on and off a few times to no avail. I ran several configures and it refused to find the 120 or AP. I assumed the DSAB connections had a fault on the wiring however after removing power to the AP it allowed the Dsab to find the 120, then I put the power back on to the AP did another configure and it found the AP too. After that all appeared fine.
Why did the D100 refuse to see anything until i removed the AP power and then allow the D120 to be found and then after that the AP to be found. This is the first time I have seen this but as its only 10 hours in i am hoping its not going to re-occur. I am running V5.0.
regards
Kev
