D100 not turning on

Hi Our D100 seems to have a problem turning on. I think it is low system battery related in the cold weather. On start up when we switch on the D100 it does not always come on. After the engine has run a while if we cycle the master and individual switch off in comes on. It seems better when the aircraft has been run for a while. Can I buy a replacement internal standby battery and is there a small internal battery for time etc when the unit is off. If there is can this be replaced as well.

The D100 should turn on when external power is applied, regardless of the internal battery state. What are the voltage levels on the voltage widget under the INFO>LEFT/RIGHT > VMETER? How cold is it outside when the D100 isn't powering up?
