D100 screen just flashes

I have a D100 EFIS and a D120 EMS. Both were working fine, but after a long shutdown over the winter, the D120 still works, but the D100 just flashes the Dynon logo. The battery is fully charged (whips the engine over - no problem).
Is there anything I can do, or do I have to send it for repair? If the latter, is there anywhere in the UK that I can send it?

You might try disconnecting / reconnecting all power, including the internal battery, to see if that helps. If not, we'll need to see it here.

The quickest way to get something repaired is to send it to us directly. We have an arrangement with Mendelssohn Pilot Supply that may or may not help with the shipping costs (by sending it to them and having them send it to us), but it will probably take more time, and the unit will ultimately end up back here for repair. Get and RMA from us first, then get in touch with Mendelssohn if there's any way they can help.
