I,

Since few day the température was very cold in Belgium  -8°C . My Dynon D100 (model 2006) won't start before the température in the cockpit reaches 2 °C

Do you have a solution to solve this problem ?

Thank you.

The likely solution is to return the unit to us for repair. To avoid downtime, you might consider contacting our dealer near Strasbourg, France, named Finesse Max. They have some "Field Repair Units" available as loaners to install temporarily in an aircraft while awaiting return of a unit sent to us for repair.

The dealer's terms for loaning the equipment is at their discretion.

Contact Christian Stuck, Info@Finesse-Max.com

Thank you for the answer.

A other question is : Do you think that this problem suggests that I might have a problem in normal condition temperature (above 2°C) in the future ?

If not, I prefer to not sending back the unit to avoid fee.

It is unlikely that this indicates a problem that will occur at higher temperatures.

What software version are you running on the D100?
