My D10A does not display a CDI for the connected GX65. The D10A does display a bearing pointer to the GX65 selected destination/waypoint. The D10A also shows other GPS data. The GX65 is configured for "VFR" use.
The GX65 installation manual indicates that the unit can be connected to an "external non-numeric" CDI or HSI when in the VFR mode.
The D10A does show a CDI when a remote selection switch for serial data is used to switch to SL30 provided data.
I am looking for suggested solutions on how to get the CDI up and running using the GX65 as the source unit.
