A quick question. I am required to produce evidence from the OEM that states that the D10A can be used for NIght/IFR flight. I have looked through the discussions and even though there is evidence to suggest that it is, there is no official Dynon document that I can find. Can someone please point me to the literature that would be helpful in this regard? I appreciate your help.

So for experimental/LSA, we don't explicitly make those claims in our documentation. But perhaps the best evidence is that the EFIS-D10A model is certified as part of the the SkyView HDX STC that carries no operating restrictions in either IFR or night operations. Does that help?
Thank you for the reply. I am in South Africa and our regulator requires a section in the POH that states that the instrument can be used for Night/IFR operations. That paragraph needs to come from the manufacturer, so if you can provide a link to something like that, I would appreciate it very much. The application was for Night operations. I hope you can help with that.
