Hi folks. New to this forum, I've been flying a D180-equipped RV-12 for about a year and a half.
I know that there appears to be no provision for adding remote buttons to the D-180 for, say, flipping through screens using a couple of stick-mounted pushbuttons. I'm just wondering if there is anything I simply have not found yet, such as commands via the serial port or even DSAB. Anything like provisions for a remote switch panel, whatever. I'm even fine with hacking up a custom PIC based solution to send commands via whatever interface might be needed, but I'm not finding any documentation anywhere that indicates it's possible.
I'm guessing this is either unbroken ground or completely impossible, but thought I'd ask.
