D180 fuel consumed since last fill-up

If I understand correctly, the “GALS USED” is restarted upon each engine start. Is there a way to get the gallons used since last fill-up?

There isn't a GALS USED since last fillup. That's just GALS REMAINING, which tells you how much is on board. If you want to know how much used since last fillup, it's just subtraction of your tank size minus gals remaining.

The reason we have GALS USED is in case you forget to set the fuel computer when you fill up and then take off. It gives you some chance to figure out your fuel on board. If you actually remember to reset the fuel computer, then it's not super useful.
