Hi new to the forum and maybe an question covered before but,
Is there a recognised upgrade route, standard adaptors already in circulation.
If not and advice on the complexities?
Many thank
Patrick.

Yes there is somewhere a conversion document.

Basically the EMS module takes your existing EMS cables.....straight in. The Skyview has its own harness but its no big deal. Also what else do you need? transponder? Auto Pilot (uses existing servos with software update - free)

Its easy to do. You will not regret it. If you have an autopilot or wanting to add it, buy the button and knob panels.....auto trim is a bonus. This is mandatory in my opinion.....just trust me ;-)

Thanks.
That sounds hopeful, do you know of it would be Dynon who would have the conversion document or a third party?
I have a transponder and 8.33 radio, not sure if I would need a new ADAHRS of if the D180's compatible.
auto pilot sounds the way to go, not sure if I could get the auto trim to work with my type but worth looking in to. Cost for the AP in the UK is around £2500 + fitting but a good safety option too!

Is there a ready made harness adaptor Dynon can supply for this upgrade or is it a full rewire?
