D2 DC power cord

How about supplying Dynon 5v DC charger with 90 degree fitting on D2 plug end so that D2 can be connected to aircraft power while installed in panel? The DC plug supplied will not allow use in aircraft panel where radios or instrument with knobs exist on the right hand side (DG OBS knobs,etc.)

Don't want to chance non supplied cables being 5v!
