1. For interfacing with another display (in this case VP) what does the D10 EMS output ? 115200 ?

2. This unit has s/n 1678 (no Revision details) on outside but in setup menu s/n is 0 - what impact does this have ? Customer had done upgrade to vers 5.4 on the D10A as well but it has retained its s/n.

1) Yep. All the specs on the format are in the Pilot User Guide too, by the way.

2) Practically speaking, none. Not sure how it ended up that way. If the customer notices anything wrong with the unit, they might send it in for a look. Otherwise, carry on.
