With the release of 16.0.8 a wifi serial data stream was added. Curious, and perhaps there are settings I have not found, but would be be great if it were able to populate the various headers available on the FlyQ app - such as the fuel usage, %HP and such. It would be helpful for the flight analytics in the app as well
Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?

since the Dynon Skyview HDX Wi-Fi adapter was not part of the Dynon certification, how are you going to send the data stream to the FlyQ app?

Lots of people are using the wifi adapter, regardless of certification. And I'm betting he already knows the ceritfication didn't include wifi. He just wants to know if it's possible to use the new data stream to transmit data to FlyQ.

I believe wifi only transmitS ADSB. I'll be surprised if it sends engine telemetry. Perhaps the experimental folks can advice?

No, I know Slingshot on FlyQ will install updates, charts and transfer flight plans to Aspen Avionics systems, so it does much more than just ADS-B. Exactly how much more would have to be answered by someone more familiar with it.
