Different altitude tape on D10A

Yesterday, I was adjusting the Baro so the altitude tape would display the right altitude for my airport and, to my surprise, the altitude tape changed from displaying feet to the number 0.0. The graduation above and below the digital readout are hundred feet gradations. The altitude tape displays the variation from a prefixed altitude (in my case my airport).

I have no bugs set and do not have a autopilot.

How do I return to the regular altitude tape? I looked in the user guide but did not see anything regarding my problem.
