The drawing states that the horizontal width between mounting holes is 10.000 inches, with the panel hole being 9.638 inches and one mounting hole being located 0.183 inches horizontally from the panel hole. That implies that the other mounting hole is located only 0.179 inches from the panel hole. That asymmetry seems unlikely to me. Is it possible the hole spacing should be symmetrical and that that either the 9.638 or the 0.183 is wrong? Is it possible that the dimensions should be 10.000, 9.625, and 0.1875 ? I note in passing that a dimension of 0.181 instead of 0.183 would give symmetric hole spacing, but that seems unlikely, as it results in all dimensions being non-fractional.

It's possible - we're looking into it to make sure our drawings are ultimately correct. On the other hand, we suspect that there will be more than .002" variance in every panel, and, for that matter, from screen to screen (when comparing the can to bezel alignment). Just like our current products, you'll want to oversize the panel cutout just a bit beyond the spec'd dimension of the can (which is 9.638"), which will make those .002" noise. The 10" hole to hole dimension is the one that will matter for the screw holes.
