Directional gyro

I am experiencing this kind of issue with my D700: the indication of the directional gyro is always wrong at about 30°. Is there someone who can help me to fix this issue? Kindly

Please performe compass calibration

Carry out the ground and in-flight compass calibration.

It's in the installation manual, and quite easy.
