Do not have any touch screen on my Dynon HDX

Good morning. When I got my Dynon HDX and installed it in my RV 9A, which I was constructing, the touch screen would work. Now the touch part of the touch screen does not work. Do I need to change a setting somewhere or call Dynon?

Is the problem with the engine running? I ask because when I was setting mine up and running on the battery I found some of the touch functions didn't work (presumably as the battery depleted a bit). With the engine running it was fine and has been so ever since, engine on or off.

I would suggest either testing with the engine running or, failing that, make sure the battery is fully charged before trying again.
