Does order online work

The past month of February  i asked for a pitot AOA thru the order online page, but I do not have any answer I have tried to contact by e-mail with: sales@dynonavionics.com with having no answer, anybody knows if is operative the order online Webpage??

We needed some more information from you and it looks like our sales team sent an email your way on 2/23. It evidently did not get to you though.
