Down load SV 12-Says unable to read file

I am really rookie. Downloaded version 12 to Dynon supplied flash drive. Went through prompts to install. Screen indicates SV12 is there, but when asked to install and I push load, the screen indicates "Unable to read file".
What am I doing wrong.

Method is right. Might just be a corrupt file. Try downloading the file again. One thing with that is sometimes missed is that you need to eject the USB stick from the computer before it's removed. Otherwise it may corrupt the files on the stick. From the Windows Explorer right click on the USB drive and select Eject.
