Pardon... newbie here. First attempt to update Firmware in Skyview

My Computer says: "Windows can't open this file." and wants me to find a program to open it.
What do I do now?

Tim,
You download the file to a USB stick and save it. You then put the USB stick in SkyView and do the update there. It is not a windows program.
