downloading engine data files

I am tying to dump recent engine data onto a flash drive to send to Savvy, for some engine analysis. But this time, the csv files Savvy needs (user_log_data) wont let me open any of them, as they are password protected. I dont use Excel, and therefore, dont have any passwords. I tried to just send the individual files they need, but again, they require a password. I tried zipping and sending, but even zipped, these files are >100mb.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

You need to pull and upload the User Data Logs..they are compatible with Savvy and not password protected. You might be pulling the diagnostic files.
