DRX Won't Turn Off ???

My DRX won't turn off when I press and hold the power button. I have to wait for the battery to run down. I went to the Dynon site, downloaded the most recent software update, logged into the DRX, and tried up update the SW. However, nothing seemed to happen. The "blue" power indicator light never flashed as mentioned in the instructions.

Does Dynon still support the DRX? Any thoughts regarding my Power and SW update issues? Can I send the unit into Dynon and have them look at it?
