Dynon D-100 and D-120 Brightness

Hello,

I just orderd a CTSW with the D100 and the D-120 glass panels. It will be delivered in Dec. 2006. Will the new Dynon units have the brighter screens as standard issue or will I have to ask for the brighter screens as an option? Will all the new upgrade screen perameters be standard and come with any new probes that are needed? If I have to send in the panels what is the turn around time?

The brighter screens will be an option, and so it will depend on what the aircraft manufacturer orders. The super-bright option does not change anything on the unit but the brightness output of the screen. Since we are not yet performing upgrades, it's too soon to tell how long they will definitely take. Based on other warranty and D10 to D10A upgrades, my guess would be around a week though.
