Dynon Knobs Issue

Is anyone else having an issue with the centers of the knobs falling out? I have a HS34 and all 3 knobs have now lost the little black centers on the knobs. I have found one of the pieces and will try glue-ing it back in but need two more centers or new knobs. Just want it to look right. Anyone else or just me????

Also, how long have you had your HS34?

I bought it used, so I can't say. I'm still setting up the system and when I pushed one of the buttons the other night pop. The little aluminum disk hit the floor.
