Dynon Radio Problem

I have a Dynon HDX Panel in my experimental with Dynon Radio and Intercom. I am having a problem with the audio on the co-pilot side. Intercom between the Pilot and Co-pilot are great and on the Pilot side has the radio transmit and receive are excellent. I have had several different passengers using a variety of headsets, Bose, Light Speed, Clarity Aloft, etc. and they all report that radio reception is barely audible. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Double and triple check the wiring to the jacks and make sure they are isolated from the panel...

Attached is a copy of the Dynon Intercom Installation and User's Guide. It has diagrams showing all the electrical connections for reference (pages 2-3, 2-4).
