Is it possible or anyone know how to get the engine gauges to show up in the bottom of screen for the 20% view? I can get this display 20% but only in portrait mode and not on the bottom.

User manual page 3-9 show layout options.

You cannot have any layout at the bottom. That's an HDX feature.
