Running the latest downloaded support software, produces the error message:
Unable to execute file C;\Program Files\Dynon Support\hhupd.exe
Create process failed: Code 2
The system cannot find the file specified.
Without the program loaded obviously the unit cannot be identified, and updated/ checklists downloaded to it etc.
Is there a bug in the software? This has happened now on two different laptops...one running XP Professional, the other Windows Millenium.
