Anyone out there who can give me some guidance on calibrating the EDC-D10A module. I have installed it in a tail dragger and about to run through the calibration procedures.
Does the aircraft have to be in a flying attitude during the calibration process and if not, does it need to be sitting on level ground. The airfield where the aircraft is based has a pronounced slope so do I need to find somewhere reasonably horizontal before running the calibration procedure
The installation manual does not cover these questions and I noticed that when I ran the Dynon D100 on the bench, the EDC-D10A unit was very susceptible to attitude changes so is the calibration procedure designed to take into account all of the above conditions.
Many thanks if someone could clarify these concerns.
