Efis -10A intermittantly turning off and on

I have a strange problem that at this stage only shows up when others are flying my plane. The EFIS is resetting itself and going back to the dynon boot up screen in flight and on ground. The pilots are telling me that it is flashing on and off this way. I was unable to reproduce the problem myself but am worried it is a upcoming failure waiting to happen. The unit has the internal battery but it doesn't keep powered up just reboots. Voltages are both OK,main battery 14.0V internal 16.2V. I am in Australia so returning the unit to Dynon will ground my aircraft for an extended period of time. No recent upgrades have been made to the unit in past 12months.

Issues like this are often tough to troubleshoot, and we often even have issues reproducing them when we get units back here. Ultimately, we may want to take a look at your unit, but finding out any sort of material pattern or ways to reproduce the reboot will help tremendously. Thanks for the reply, i have ahd no more reports of the problem yet so i will keep you posted if it comes back.
