EFIS D100 and EMS D120 communication problem

I have installed EFIS D100, EMS D120 and HS 34 in my plane since 2010 without pany problems.
Yesterday just before take of the engine stopped and when i started again there was no information from the EMS. Only the message on the EFIS D100. EMS MAIN
EMS NOT DETECTED

Any who can help here?

You'll see that message on the EFIS when the EMS is not transmitting information. So if the EMS itself wasn't working, that EFIS message would be expected. If the EMS wasn't working at all, that's the thing to troubleshoot. Is the EMS screen entirely blank? (in other words, not powering up at all?)

No, it power up and shows a blue sreen with Dynon logo.
Would it help trying to enter the EFIS setup DSAB configuration menu and seartch for the EMS and the HS 34?

Some additional information.
DSAB network showing 3 network devices. EFIS D 100 03222 status active
HS 34 Status active
EMS D120 02020 status offline.
Would it help to re-configurere the network ?
EMS showing the Dynon logo but none of the hotkeys are working

So the EMS is its own self-contained device, and it sounds like fundamentally, the EMS is not working. Everything flows from there. Nothing you do from the EFIS will fix that. Get in touch with our support team at 425-402-0433 or support at dynonavionics dot com for more help with this issue.
