EFIS GOES BLANK

I have a D1000 and a d700. I have 10.0 software. After the radios have been on for a period of time e.g. 30 minutes, the D1000 goes blank with a lit screen(not black) and a large E in the upper right corner. The D700 just motors along. Solutions?

When you say "radios" did you mean the SkyView displays?
