I am upgrading my 1990s era avionics, putting in a complete Dynon Skyview HDX system including the EMS-220. The engine is a Lycoming O-360 with mechanical fuel injection. I would like to use the existing EGT and CHT Sensors on my engine if they are compatible.

Does anyone recognize this EGT Sensor? And if so, is it compatible with EMS-220?

Charly - I’d just connect 1of them temporarily to find out & also use a heat gun to confirm ops, applies to the EGT & CHT.

Dynon expects Type K thermocouples for the Exhaust temperature sensors and that is what is generally used by all systems as these thermocouples provide the required range (–454 to 2,300F). So it is very likely that this will work. Looking in the Spruce catalog all listed EGT sensors are Type K thermocouples. And looking there it seems that the "ALCOR EGT/TIT PROBE GROUNDED, .70 OHM, TYPE K 7/16" matches your image:
