Hi,
I didn't receive an operations manual with the EMS-220, so I assume it isn't published yet. There is only a short section in the Skyview manual about it. Everything I have is so new I haven't had a chance to turn anything on to look at the onscreen menus.

Does/Will the EMS-220 have a routine for LOP/ROP leaning like your older units? Also, I will have a fuel injected Lycoming, and from looking through the old manuals, it looks like they can handle carburetors only for the display of % power. Will the EMS-220 have the same restriction?
Thanks
Gary

There's more about % power in the installation manual than the users manual.

There's no lean function yet, but %power and LOP/ROP status (not the full leaning mode) is already supported if you have all of the requisite data coming in (fuel flow, engine information filled out in setup, altitude, and a few other normal engine parameters like RPM). Note that you may have to use the layout editor to add the LOP/ROP and % power widgets to your screen. % power is supported on carb and fuel injected systems - that goes for both generations.
