I am installing in a pusher composite plane so these grounding questions arise from that difference and the effects on grounding.  My battery is in the nose near the instrument, engine in rear, about 10' away.

1. The Oil Temp sensor install is concerned about voltage differences between engine and battery.  How do I avoid these issues given the distance between my battery, EMS unit and the sender?

2. Carb temperature sensor says ground one wire.  In my installation where would that be?  Can I tie to a ground going back up to the D-10 Unit, say pin 17 with the Manifold Pressure ground or 13 with the Red Cube ground?

Jake,
Connect which? Both? Am splicing a few 5v wires to one return to the unit. Is this acceptable with the grounds also?
Thanks,
EZ
