EMS D-120 booting in a loop

Hi,
My EMS D-120 has started to boot in a loop. When the logo appears, the EMS restarts again an again. See the video.
I was planning to disconnect everything first, to ensure any other device is not involved (AP, GPS..).
Because it does not boot I don't think I can update the firmware.

Any idea on what could be the root cause, or how to investigate it?

Hi,
It's frustrating. I've not been able to contact the technical support. Always appears the option to leave a message but I have not received any call or email.
I have the airplane grounded.
I think I'll have to get an RMA to send the equipment to be repaired. Please, could you tell me how to proceed?
