I have now 40 hrs on my GlaStar and my EMS D-120 worked perfectly up to now. But when I powered the unit up today after refuelling, most of the readouts were erratic: MAP showed 0. All EGT's and CHT's jumped around (somehow parallel) between normal and up to 1400°C (EGT's) and 999°C (CHT's). Fuel P showed 6.8 rather than 0. Carb T showed 95°C with cold engine. Voltage showed 0 with electrical system ok and EMS obviously powered up. Amps and Oil T seemed to be ok, as well as RPM and Oil P with engine restarted.
Removing power and rebooting didn't help. Does that look like an internal unit failure or broken electrical connection ?
Best regards Heinz

That sounds like the 5V line that goes to the MAP sensor (and sometimes others) has been grounded out or injected somewhere it isn't supposed to be. I'd start there.
