:mad: I am beginning the installation and on page 2-14 CHT SENSORS, para2, says:
"Connect either end of one of the resisitors to the +5V Excitation Circuit (pin 18) and the other end to the wire connecting the left CHT sensor to pin 4. Repeat this with the right CHT sensor."
I presume this implies that the resistors each short the #4-GP1/#18 +5V and #22-GP2/#18 +5V lines (somewhat like a figure H)? These resistors have very frail wires attached. How close to the outlet of the harness should these be connected and what precautions does one take to prevent vibration or bending forces?

As for the resistor, most people solder the ends to their wire and heat-shrink the whole thing. That would provide ample rigidity.
