I am trying to find a compatible coolant sensor with 3/8 npt fitting. Presently using 5/8-18 UNF with adaptor.

Do you know the ohms spread across the temperature range of your part# 100409-001 sensor? Also is it considered analog or digital?
Thanks

At freezing that sensor is at roughly 2.5k, while at boiling it's down to dozens of ohms. In the middle, at about 120F, it's roughly 275 ohms. But the response across the temperature range (resistance vs temperature) is not linear with most sensors (including this one), so you'd need to find one that has the EXACT same properties for it to to work properly.

Perhaps a better question would be, who makes your sensor part #100409-001. Maybe they make one in 3/8 NPT with the same characteristics.
